Capital Computer Solutions, Inc. (CCSI) was founded in 1987 and is recognized today as an industry leader in Information Technology enterprise-wide, cross-platform application software solutions and services. We pride ourselves on being a Total Solution Provider to our many clients and future customers.

CCSI represents a unique center of expertise in implementing solutions ranging from stand-alone to enterprise-wide turnkey implementations. CCSI is well organized with a clear focus on Consulting, Hardware Integration/Turnkey Projects, Imaging and Workflow Management Systems, Product Development, Conversion Services, Contract Programming and Training. Our personnel have demonstrated again and again their commitment and the technical skills required to install the necessary components that offer our customers a Total Solution. We have expertise in all the associated technology such as Local Area Networking, Wide Area Networking, Wireless, Relational Databases, Client Server Computing, Optical/Intelligent Character Recognition and Bar Code Recognition. We continually strive to expand our skills in order to provide effective solutions now and in the future.

Biography of the Founder
Mitchell Nichols, Founder

Mitchell Nichols, the founder of Capital Computer Solutions, Inc. was born in Hollywood, California. He attended schools in Southern California where he was later a graduate of California State Polytechnic University (Cal-Poly) and received his B. S. Degree in Computer Science.

Mitch also served his country in the United States Air Force where he was on active duty for 48 months. During that time he served two tours, a total of 24 months, in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam engagement.

After completing his education and military commitments, Mitch joined the Burroughs Corporation, today known as Unisys, to pursue a career in the field of Information Technology. At Unisys he held numerous marketing positions. A partial list includes Account Manager, Sales Training Manager, Regional Recruiting Manager, District Product Manager, Branch Manager, Corporate Planning Manager, and Senior Sales Manager. During his career with Unisys, he had assignments in Santa Ana, California, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in Baltimore, Maryland, in Washington, D.C., and in Detroit, Michigan. Mitch’s career with Unisys spanned approximately fifteen years.

On January 28, 1987, Mitch founded Capital Computer Solutions, Inc. to provide technology related business solutions and services for small, medium and large organizations, non-profits as well as governmental agencies.
