> Ordering Information All items are listed in U.S. dollars ($). Capital Computer Solutions, Inc. (CCSI) ships worldwide and utilizes the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) PayPal payment processor to accept online credit card and eCheck orders. You do NOT need an existing PayPal account to complete your order. CCSI also accepts offline orders via Phone, Fax, Purchase Order and COD. Payment must be received and cleared prior to shipping. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be calculated upon checkout. CCSI collects 6% Sales Tax for orders shipped to addresses within the State of Michigan. > Shipping Methods CCSI utilizes several different shipping methods. As the customer you can select from United Parcel Service, Other or None. For "Other" shipping requests please select this as your delivery method and we will contact you to determine your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs will be calculated once we have determined your preferred shipping method. All in stock orders will be shipped once payment has been received. All items from third-party manufacturers are subject to shipment delays due to product availability. Customer orders will be shipped per the requested delivery method as soon as the items are made available. Customers may receive orders in separate shipments. Please note, selecting a quicker shipping method does not change the order processing time. It only changes the transit time once shipped. CCSI does not ship to a P.O. Box. Shipping charges are subject to change according to the weight of the package and shipping location. Shipping rates are calculated from real-time rate information based on the United States Postal Service and the United Parcel Service. > Hardware Warranty Information All desktops, laptops, servers and monitors include a one year limited parts and labor warranty. All technical service issues will be handled via online/phone support and those items which require hands-on troubleshooting and repair shall be shipped to our repair facility. This warranty does not cover the following: any software programs, whether pre-loaded or shipped with the Machine, or installed subsequently; failure resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by you; failure caused by a product for which CCSI is not responsible; and the warranty is voided by removal or alteration of identification labels on the Machine or its parts. > How do I return an item? Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction for every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can send the item back to us for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must have an issued RMA number and be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to receive an RMA number. No item that is damaged can be guaranteed a refund or exchange. Please allow 30 days for refund or charge credit. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. > Is my personal information secure? CCSI believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on our internet site. It is our policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number, or address to any third party. We can only accept orders from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, version 3.0 or higher of Netscape Navigator and version 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. Customer areas that use 128-bit SSL technology include the login, checkout, profile and order areas. Please be patient during the checkout process and if there are any concerns please contact us. > Credit card payment information and Sales Tax We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure 128-bit SSL PayPal payment processor. We collect 6% Sales Tax on items shipped to addresses within the State of Michigan. Technical Services and Tax Exempt status are not charged Sales Tax. > Privacy Statement CCSI collects client information to make your online shopping experience the best on the Internet.
